If you have the full (paid-for) version of 3D Canvas Pro installed then it can automatically download the upgrades. Start 3D Canvas Pro and click on the Help menu and select Download the LP/Pro Upgrade

You will be prompted to connect to the Internet in order to start the download. Click Yes when prompted.

You must have an active Internet connection for this to work. 3D Canvas Pro uses your default web browser to download the file. Eventually you'll see the following screen (or one similar) - click Save and select a location to save the file to and then the download will begin.

When the file has finished download it will be in a ZIP archive. You need to unzip this file using software such as Winzip or WinRar (Windows XP can also do this automatically). Inside will be a file named LPProUpgrade.msi. Simply double-click this file and you will begin the 3D Canvas Pro Upgrade Setup Wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to install as required.

Please note that 3D Canvas is distributed as a Windows Installer document in order to reduce its download size. Most computers will be able to install 3D Canvas by double-clicking the 3DCanvas Windows Installer file. If double-clicking the 3DCanvas Windows Installer file does not install 3D Canvas you will need to download the Windows Installer. Windows Installer is available here.
